Radio Silence

radio.jpg

We've been told that we don't listen to the radio often enough. Shock! The cheek of it! How dare people suggest this? Actually, it's all true. We very rarely listen to the radio. Except for Pandora Radio and as we can't do that anymore that doesn't really count, does it? Apparently not.

So look! We say shhhh to your accusations as we skip off to Bourne and Hollingsworth on Monday. A swanky, somewhat understated bar/club/thing in Fitzrovia. Here we're going to watch (or listen to?) their radio play evening. We'll sit and drink vodka martinis while we watch actors perform Conan Doyle's 'The Musgrave Ritual'. On those old fashioned mics and everything.

See, now that's much better than listening to Edith on Radio One. We may not listen to the radio very often, but when we do, we do it in style.

The Fitzrovia Radio Hour is at Bourne and Hollingsworth, 28 Rathbone Place on Monday February 4th. Did we mention it's free? No? Well it is.
