What we learnt: This weekend

On each one of our outings, Glitterditch learns something new. Like that fact that chocolate souffle is yummy, that kind of thing. Now we want to share these bits of wisdom with you. Like Sesame Street but without Big Bird.

This weekend we've seen Hoxton, Crystal Palace, Islington, Vauxhall and Greenwich. So there's lots of wisdom for us to share with you. We have drunk free beer, cocktails and champagne. We got shouted at by a crazy lady and haven't slept nearly enough. But it was all worth it.

What we learnt:

Feeling Gloomy is a frankly excellent club night. We've never really been taken with the notion of dressing up to listen to gloomy tunes. But it turns out that the bands are fab, the people are lovely and the music was great. So we got too drunk and danced lots and lots.

We like Hoxton a lot. It's even cooler than Brick Lane. Fact.
