Despite all of the fabulous things we've told you about this week, there are a few that didn't quite make it into our best secrets week. That's not to say that they aren't fabulous in their own right. So here they all are in their own little bit of glory.
Our almost best secret lunch spot: Shaw's booksellers. It's a pub with lots of book and great wine. No annoying city boys depsite being in the city. Perfect.
Our almost best secret cake hideaway: Patiserie Valerie. But only the one in St. James'. Perfect for people watching and eating strawberry tarts.
Our almost best secret tea sipping spot: The Ritz. Call us snobs, but we don't care. Afternoon tea here is yummy. Go. Eat little cakes and clotted cream.
Our almost best secret wine drinking spot: 5th View at Waterstones. We like it here. Drinking wine in the day and feeling clever at the same time. What's not to like?
Our almost best secret cocktail bar: Bar Chocolate. Mmmmmm..... chocolate martini's.
Our almost best secret pampering: Kate Kuba. Sexy shoes for Glitterbitch. What better way for her to treat herself? She works very hard y'know. It's only fair she buys herself presents.
Our almost best secret jazz bar: Volupte Lounge. OK, so this is more cabaret than jazz, but it's a cute little bar with some really great acts.
Our almost best BAD secret drinking hole: Oh no, you're not getting anymore bad secrets out of us. Dont be cheeky.
Our almost best secret E-bible: Daily Candy. Sign up for the emails. Sit back. Get tales of shops and pretty things every morning to read with your cup of tea.
Our almost best secret dancing spot: G-A-Y bar. Its trashy. It's silly but oh so fun.
We love them all. They make London more fun.
